MENTAL HEALTH DOESN’T START IN A COUNSELING OFFICE.
It starts in the places we already spend our lives. Classrooms. Apartments. The Rec. Norlin Quad. Greek houses. Coffee shops. Late nights on The Hill.
You can see the same person at the Rec, crossing Farrand Field and out on Pearl Street without ever really knowing how they’re doing. Dear You gives CU Boulder students more reasons to ask.
